Refund policy
At Velune Finds, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return:
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if your return is eligible.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging when applicable.
- Items that are damaged, used or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you weather your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.
Return shipping:
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
